Lemvo, with his band Makina Loca, were featured in Dance With Me, a 1998 drama. DR Congolese singer Ricardo Lemvo lived in the Congo for 15 years until he moved to the United States. After graduating with a political science degree from California State University, he formed the band Makina Loca.
